Shipping & Handling

Orders Shipped under 150lbs

For orders shipped under 150lbs we offer shipping by UPS. You are responsible for all shipping charges defined during the check out process. We will only ship UPS to COMMERICAL physical addresses. We will NOT ship to a PO box or a residence.

Upon receipt of your purchase please inspect the package before unpacking. If the packaging material has been ripped and the product seems damaged, email info@norrissales.com or call 800-457-7368 before opening the package. UPS will insure your packages up to a $100.00. Norris Sales Company gives you the option to purchase additional insurance during the checkout process by checking the box for shipment value protection. Norris Sales Company has no responsibility for items damaged during transit.

Orders Shipped over 150lbs

For orders weighing over 150 pounds, our standard freight rate will apply and the charges are defined during the check out process. We will only ship door-to-door and to COMMERCIAL physical addresses. We will NOT ship to a PO box or a residence. Shipping fees for freight items are estimated on shipping within a 100-mile radius of our site. You are responsible for additional fees that may be incurred during transit including but not limited to outlined area fees, lift gate fees, inside delivery fees, and special handling fees by the freight carrier. We will contact you in the event that the freight charges have changed, PRIOR to shipping.

Handling

Norris Sales Company charges a handling fee for ALL items being shipped to ensure your purchase is properly handled and sufficiently packaged before leaving our warehouse.

Shipping Delays

Norris Sales Company is not responsible to shipping delays to do inaccurate or incomplete order information provided by the customer or carrier (UPS or motor freight) shipping disruptions.

Norris Sales Company, Inc reserves the right not to ship outside the USA.

Return Policy

You must notify us to receive a return authorization via email info@norrissales.com at or telephone 800-457-7368 to notify us that you will be returning your purchase.

Special order and or used equipment sales and any items that are deemed used upon return are final and nonrefundable. On new sale items at dealer discretion refunds may be made on new items if returned within 30 days of purchase with a copy of your receipt and must be in the original factory packaging and be unused, such refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy

After acceptance, purchaser can only cancel the order upon written consent of Norris Sales Company. If Norris Sales Company permits cancellation, the purchaser agrees to pay a restocking charge. If the canceled order entails in-stock items, a restocking charge of 15% of the purchase price will be due. Products purchased specifically for the canceled orders shall be charges in accordance with cancellation charges from vendor’s supplier plus a 15% handling charge.

Refund Policy

After acceptance of your canceled order, Norris Sales Company will refund the purchase price minus the restocking fee and handling charge if applicable. Refund can be given in either the form of a check or your original payment method within 10-business days from cancellation.
